It enables medium on/off flow and precise regulation through electrical drive. The wedge-type elastic gate design features a stem treated with tempering and nitriding to enhance wear resistance, while the sealing surface employs Stellite cobalt-based hardfacing alloy overlay technology. It supports AI signal feedback for intelligent adjustment, with voltage surge resistance capability, and is compatible with DN15-DN600 sizes, -29°C to 550°C medium temperatures, and PN16-PN200 pressure ratings.
In nuclear power and other specialized fields, hydraulic drive without stuffing box or fully enclosed designs are adopted, complying with API and ISO international standards for high-temperature and high-pressure environments.
