Lever operated gate valve Description
Lever-operated gate valve is a cut-off valve that uses a lever mechanical transmission device to open and close the valve. Its gate is designed as a blade-shaped structure, which is suitable for working conditions containing particles, fibers or high-viscosity media. Compared with traditional gate valves, its core advantages are:
Ultra-thin valve body design: The flow channel height is only 1/5-1/3 of the gate valve of the same diameter, which significantly reduces flow resistance and medium residue;
Lever labor-saving principle: The lever amplifies the operating torque, and the manual opening and closing torque is reduced by 40%-60%, which is suitable for harsh environments without power sources;
Medium adaptability: The blade-shaped gate can cut off impurities such as fibers and particles to avoid sealing surface obstruction.

Soft seal type: EPDM/PTFE sealing ring is embedded in the valve seat, and the sealing level reaches ANSI Class VI; Hard seal type: The gate and valve seat are welded with Stellite alloy, with hardness HRC ≥ 45 and temperature resistance up to 450℃; Lever transmission mechanism: aluminum alloy lever with stainless steel bearing, transmission efficiency ≥ 95%.
