High Temperature Gate Valve

High temperature gate valve is a shut-off valve designed for high temperature and high pressure working conditions. It can realize full opening or full closing control of the medium through the vertical lifting of the gate plate. It is suitable for high temperature fluid scenes such as metallurgy, power, and chemical industry.

The high temperature gate valve is made of high temperature resistant materials (such as carbon steel WCB, alloy steel WC6), with an operating temperature range of -196℃ to 650℃67, and can be adapted to steam, thermal oil, corrosive gas and other media.

Valve body and sealing system:
Compact flow channel design reduces the risk of thermal expansion and deformation;
The sealing surface adopts carbide or stainless steel surfacing process, and the sealing reliability is still maintained at high temperature (such as the elastic wedge single gate structure of Z41H type).
Drive mode:
Open rod structure (easy to observe the opening) or dark rod structure (space saving);
Support manual, pneumatic, electric and gear transmission (such as PZ673H pneumatic model).
