High pressure forged steel gate valve
Description
High-pressure forged steel gate valves are designed for high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions. They are made of forged steel and have a pressure resistance of up to CLASS 2500 (PN420). They are suitable for temperatures ranging from -29°C to 550°C and are suitable for steam, oil and gas, corrosive media and other scenarios. Its core features include:
High sealing: It adopts a split floating gate structure and adaptively adjusts the contact pressure of the sealing surface through elastic components to ensure zero leakage under high pressure difference.
Erosion and deformation resistance: The gate surface is welded with hard alloy (such as Stellite 6) or made of integral stainless steel to resist erosion by granular media and high-temperature creep.
Self-sealing design: The valve cover and the valve body are connected by a metal self-sealing structure. The higher the pressure, the more reliable the seal, and no additional pre-tightening force is required.
Valve body and connection method
Valve body material: carbon steel (A105), alloy steel (F11/F22/F91) or stainless steel (F304/F316), suitable for high-pressure corrosive media.
Connection form: flange (RF), socket welding (SW), thread (NPT) or butt welding end (BW), to meet the needs of different pipeline systems.
Gate type
Elastic gate: split floating structure, compensating installation errors through elastic components, adapting to high pressure difference fluctuations.
Rigid gate: integral forging, suitable for high temperature and high pressure stable working conditions, and cobalt-based alloy cladding on the sealing surface to enhance wear resistance.
Drive mode
Manual operation: handwheel or gearbox drive, suitable for small diameter (DN15~100mm) and non-frequent opening and closing scenarios.
Electric/pneumatic: suitable for large diameter (DN125~500mm) and automation control requirements, supporting remote adjustment.
