Piston Type Check Valve

Piston check valve is an automatic valve that drives the valve disc to open and close through the flow of the medium itself. It is mainly used to prevent the medium from flowing back, protect the pump and drive motor from reversing, and avoid the leakage of the container medium.
It belongs to the lifting structure of the check valve. The valve disc moves vertically along the axis, and the sealing performance is better than the swing type.

‌ Anti-backflow: One-way flow design, the valve disc automatically closes when the reverse flow occurs, and the leakage rate is ≤0.01mL/min. ‌ Anti-shock: Some models integrate a slow closing function, which slows down the closing speed of the valve disc through a damper or spring to reduce the water hammer effect.

‌Contaminated media: Choose a model with built-in filter (such as German WODE filter check valve).
‌Required slow closing function: Configure hydraulic damper or spring adjustment system (suitable for long-distance water pipelines).
‌Maintenance precautions
‌Regular inspection: Check the valve disc sealing surface wear, spring elasticity and damper oil pressure status every 6 months.
‌Lubrication and maintenance: Inject high-temperature grease (such as silicone grease) into the valve stem guide every 3 months to avoid sticking.
