Stainless Steel Lift Check Valves Description
Stainless steel lift check valve is a valve that realizes one-way fluid control by vertically lifting the valve disc. It relies on the medium's own flow or gravity to drive the valve disc to open and close to prevent the medium from flowing back. It is suitable for water, steam, oil and other pipeline systems.
Core structure
Valve body and valve disc: The valve body is made of stainless steel (such as 304, 316L), the valve disc is a lifting disc structure, and the sealing surface is often welded with Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy to enhance wear resistance.
Guide device: The valve disc is connected to the valve cover through a guide rod to ensure the vertical motion trajectory and reduce the eccentric wear of the sealing surface.
Connection method: Flange connection (GB/T 9113, ASME B16.5 standard) or clamp installation to meet different pipeline requirements.
