Forged Piston Check Valves Description
Forged piston check valve is an automatic valve formed by the forging process. It relies on the medium's own flow to open and close. It is specially used for one-way flow control under high pressure, high temperature and harsh working conditions. It can quickly block the medium's backflow and protect the safety of pipelines and equipment.
Core structure and design features
Main structure:
Forged steel valve body: Made of high-strength forged steel such as A105 and F11, the pressure rating reaches Class 1500 (about 25 MPa), suitable for high-temperature steam (≤425℃).
Piston valve disc: The valve disc is movably connected to the rocker, and the piston is pushed up and down by the medium pressure. When closed, it fits tightly with the inclined valve seat. The sealing surface is welded with cobalt-based hard alloy, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
Auxiliary device:
Damping hammer: Balance the valve disc dynamic torque, reduce the closing impact, and prevent the "water hammer" effect.
Spring return cylinder: Pneumatic actuator (0.45~0.8 MPa air source) drives the valve to close quickly (closing time ≤ 0.5 seconds) and supports redundant sealing design.
