CI Wafer Type Check Valve

Cast iron wafer check valve is a cast iron valve body as the main material, using the wafer connection structure of the one-way flow control valve, through the valve flap automatically open and close to prevent backflow of fluids, to protect pumps, pipelines and other equipment. Typical applications include low and medium pressure water supply systems, building water supply and drainage and general industrial processes.

Core component design
Valve body material: HT200/HT250 grey cast iron, with medium corrosion resistance and economy, suitable for normal temperature, non-strong corrosive media (such as water, low pressure steam);
Valve flap type: rotary opening type or butterfly valve flap (double/single), using cast iron, bronze or stainless steel, to meet different sealing needs;
Seal form:
Elastic seal: valve seat embedded EPDM or NBR rubber ring, suitable for low pressure clean media;
Metal hard seal: valve and seat surfacing wear-resistant alloy, particle abrasion.
