Wheel Operated Butterfly Valve

Wheel butterfly valve is a valve that controls the rotation of the butterfly plate by handwheel or worm gear transmission mechanism. It is a subdivision of manually operated butterfly valves and is mainly used for opening and closing or flow regulation of fluids in industrial pipelines.

‌Easy to operate‌

The handwheel design is ergonomic, labor-saving, and suitable for frequent opening and closing scenarios;
The worm gear drive can amplify the torque, making it easier to operate valves with a diameter of DN200 or above.
‌Sealing performance‌

Elastic seals (such as EPDM, NBR) are suitable for medium and low pressure corrosive media;
Metal hard seals (such as stainless steel cladding) can withstand high temperatures (≤600℃) and granular media erosion.
‌Low maintenance cost‌

Simple structure, easy to disassemble and replace seals or transmission parts.
