Wafer-type lined butterfly valve adopts the combination of two pieces of valve body, the valve seat and the valve body lining integration, when the valve works, only the all-plastic valve seat and lined with plastic butterfly plate and media contact, the product can withstand "in addition to molten alkali metals and the elements of fluorine" outside of any media corrosion, of which the D71F46 valve stem and butterfly plate (forging) as a whole, the surface of the uniformly wrapped with a layer of FEP. The inner surface of the valve channel is smooth, with small fluid resistance, high CV value, strong flow capacity, moderate torque, four-stage sealing structure and the sealing surface is equipped with temperature-resistant and anti-aging SI rubber resilient liner seat, which can completely achieve zero leakage of the medium.
