Description
Stainless steel resilient butterfly valve is an industrial valve that achieves bidirectional sealing through an elastic metal sealing ring (such as a U-shaped stainless steel structure). It is mainly used for the cutoff, regulation and flow control of fluids in pipelines. Its core design combines the pressure resistance of metal materials with the adaptability of elastic sealing, and is suitable for complex working conditions such as high temperature and corrosive media.

Performance features
Temperature and pressure resistance:
The elastic metal sealing structure can withstand a temperature range of -40℃~450℃, and the conventional pressure level covers PN10~PN40 (Class 150~300).
Low flow resistance and wear resistance:
The butterfly plate adopts a streamlined design, and the flow resistance coefficient when fully open is only 1/3 of the same caliber gate valve, which is suitable for large flow scenarios.
The surface of the butterfly plate welded with hard alloy can cope with the erosion and wear of particles and high viscosity media.
Drive mode:
Supports manual worm gear, electric or pneumatic actuators, and the electric model can integrate 4~20mA signals for remote control; the operating torque is 30%~50% lower than that of traditional valves.
Application
Petrochemical industry: Cutoff and regulation of corrosive media such as high-temperature steam, acid/alkali, etc.
Water treatment system: Control of high-impurity fluids in municipal water supply and sewage treatment.
Food and medicine: Sanitary pipes (must be matched with food-grade stainless steel and sealing materials).
Selection recommendations Media adaptation: For media containing hard particles, hard seals (overlaying tungsten carbide) are preferred. For corrosive fluids, PTFE lining or EPDM valve seats can be selected. Drive configuration: Electric/pneumatic actuators are recommended for high-frequency operation scenarios, and worm gear drives can be selected for low-pressure manual scenarios.
