Jacketed butterfly valve Description
Jacketed butterfly valve is a butterfly valve that controls the medium temperature through an external jacket structure. A metal jacket layer is welded to the outer layer of the conventional butterfly valve body. By injecting heat media or cooling media such as steam and thermal oil, the internal fluid is prevented from solidifying or deteriorating due to changes in ambient temperature.

Jacket design
Double-layer valve body: The outer layer is a metal jacket (carbon steel, stainless steel), which wraps the inner valve body to form an insulation cavity;
Jacket interface: Steam/cooling medium inlet and outlet are set on both sides of the valve body, which can be connected to an external heat source or cold source.
Sealing and drive
Sealing form: three-eccentric metal hard seal (high temperature resistance ≤600℃) or PTFE soft seal (corrosive medium);
Transmission mode: supports manual, electric or pneumatic actuators.
