It supports clamp, threaded or clamp-type connection (in accordance with ISO/DIN/SMS standards), and the time consumption for disassembly and assembly is reduced by 70% compared with traditional flanges;

Materials and sealing performance ‌
‌Material standard‌:
The valve body is made of 316L stainless steel (ASTM A270 standard), which has better corrosion resistance than 304 material and is suitable for acidic or alkaline media;
The sealing ring can be selected from EPDM (temperature resistance -10~120℃), silicone (temperature resistance -20~150℃) or PTFE (extremely corrosion resistant).
‌Sealing technology‌:
Midline soft sealing structure, uniform contact pressure on the sealing surface, leakage rate ≤0.1% (meets FDA certification standards);
Some models use metal hard seal + spring compensation technology, with a temperature resistance of up to 150℃ (sterilization conditions).
