Industrial Butterfly Valves

Industrial butterfly valve is a fluid control device with a disc-shaped butterfly plate as the core opening and closing part. The butterfly plate rotates 90° around the axis to realize the opening and closing and regulation of the pipeline medium. It has compact structure, light weight (taking DN1000 as an example, the weight is about 2 tons, which is only 57% of the gate valve) and low flow resistance characteristics (pressure drop ≤0.05MPa when fully open).

‌Seal type‌:
‌Soft seal‌: Rubber/PTFE valve seat is used, suitable for clean media, leakage rate ≤0.1%;
‌Metal hard seal‌: High temperature resistance (≤600℃) and anti-scouring are achieved by surfacing hard alloy (such as tungsten carbide), and the leakage level can reach ANSI V level (leakage rate ≤0.01%).
‌Eccentric structure‌:
‌Triple eccentric design‌: The valve stem deviates from the center of the pipeline, the butterfly plate center is offset, and the sealing surface cone angle is offset to achieve non-friction opening and closing (service life of more than 200,000 times);
‌Multi-level metal seal‌: Combine spring preload and medium pressure to enhance sealing reliability.

‌Energy and Aerospace‌:
Liquid oxygen/liquid hydrogen delivery system (must meet ISO14644-1 Class 5 cleanliness standard);
Nuclear power plant cooling water control (using WCB valve body + carbide seal).
‌Chemical and Metallurgy‌:
High-temperature flue gas regulation (temperature resistance ≥ 400℃);
Sulfuric acid/liquid alkali pipeline (wafer-type butterfly valve with anti-corrosion coating).
‌Municipal and Shipbuilding‌:
Water supply network flow control (soft-sealed butterfly valve, EPDM valve seat);
Marine fuel system (in accordance with JIS/ANSI standards)
