1. Core structural features
Three-dimensional eccentric design:
The first eccentricity: the stem axis deviates from the centre of the butterfly plate, which reduces the friction and wear of the sealing surface during opening and closing.
Second eccentricity: the stem axis is offset from the centre line of the pipe, forming a self-tightening force to enhance the sealing effect.
Third eccentricity: the sealing surface adopts conical bevelled design, only when closing the butterfly plate and valve seat contact, to achieve zero leakage of metal hard seal (leakage rate ≤ 10 ppm).
Flange connection:
The valve body and pipeline are fixed by flange bolts to ensure a firm connection and easy disassembly and maintenance.
The flange sealing surface can be surfaced with hard alloy or flexible graphite composite layer to adapt to high temperature and high pressure impact.

Sealing and pressure resistance:
Bidirectional sealing: the cone angle of the sealing surface is smaller than the friction angle, which can withstand the impact of reverse pressure, and is suitable for frequent opening and closing scenarios.
Pressure rating up to Class 600 (PN100), temperature range covering -196°C ~ +600°C.
Long life and low maintenance:
Seat life is over 100,000 openings and closings, no elastic seal deterioration problems, and maintenance intervals of 3-5 years.
The sealing surface is made of cemented carbide overlay (such as Stellite) or metal laminated structure, which is resistant to abrasion and scouring.
