Manual Triple Offset Butterfly Valves

Manual Triple Eccentric Butterfly Valve (i.e. Triple Eccentric Manual Butterfly Valve) is a kind of manually operated valve based on three-dimensional eccentric structure design, which achieves high sealing and durability through unique geometrical construction, and is suitable for flow control of high temperature, high pressure and corrosive media.
Advantages
Sealing performance:
Relying on torsional sealing rather than elastic deformation, the sealing surface pressure is proportional to the medium pressure, leakage rate of ≤ 10 ppm (in line with API 598 standards).
Can withstand two-way pressure impact, reverse media pressure can still maintain the seal.
Temperature and pressure resistance:
Applicable temperature range -20 ° C ~ +425 ° C (metal hard seal type up to 600 ° C), pressure rating up to Class 600 (PN100).
The sealing surface is surfaced with hard alloy (e.g. Stellite) or hard and soft composite layer (PTFE + stainless steel), which is suitable for corrosive media.
Long life and low maintenance:
Seat life of over 60,000 openings and closings, no rubber seal deterioration problems, long maintenance intervals.
