Electric vacuum butterfly valve Description
Electric vacuum butterfly valve is specially used for vacuum or low negative pressure pipeline systems (such as laboratory equipment and semiconductor manufacturing vacuum chambers). The electric actuator drives the butterfly plate to rotate to achieve medium opening and closing or flow regulation. Its core design includes:
Sealing reinforcement structure: using double valve seat or pressure water sealing technology, the shaft seal is sealed with 0.25MPa pressure water to prevent leakage, suitable for vacuum conditions ≤10⁻³Pa.
Material adaptability: The valve body material is mainly 304/316 stainless steel or fluorine-lined, which is corrosion-resistant and meets high cleanliness requirements.

Application and selection suggestions
Vacuum laboratory: GID series or DK941X series are preferred to ensure that the shaft seal meets the vacuum requirement of 10⁻³Pa.
Chemical corrosive media: Suitable for fluorine-lined butterfly valves (such as D641F-10P), which are resistant to strong acid and alkali corrosion.
High-temperature steam pipeline: Use hard-sealed stainless steel butterfly valves (such as D343H-16C), which are resistant to 425℃ and have a leakage level of ANSI V.
