Double Flange Butterfly Valve Description
Double flange butterfly valve is a butterfly valve with flange connection at both ends. It can cut off the pipeline medium or adjust the flow rate by rotating the butterfly plate. It is suitable for medium and high pressure (≤PN25) and normal temperature to high temperature (≤550℃) working conditions in water treatment, chemical industry, energy and other industries.
Main body design:
Valve body and butterfly plate: The valve body material can be cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel (304/316L), and the butterfly plate is rubber-coated metal (EPDM, NBR) or all-metal hard seal (welded stainless steel/hard alloy), suitable for DN50~DN2600 pipelines;
Sealing form: Soft seal (leakage level ANSI Class VI) is used for clean media, and metal hard seal (leakage level ANSI Class IV) is resistant to particle-containing or high-temperature fluids.
Connection method:
Double flange standard: In accordance with GB/T 9113 or ASME B16.5 flange specifications, the flange spacing can be adapted to different pipeline systems to ensure installation stability.
Key performance:
High pressure and high temperature resistance: metal hard seal structure supports ≤2.5MPa (PN25) pressure and ≤550℃ high temperature conditions;
Low flow resistance design: full-diameter flow channel (flow resistance coefficient ≤0.05), reducing pressure drop loss, suitable for large flow control scenarios;
Long-life seal: adopts three-dimensional eccentric structure, there is no friction between the butterfly plate and the valve seat during opening and closing, and the seal life is ≥50,000 times
