Male Threaded Ball Valve

Male threaded ball valve is a kind of valve that opens and closes by rotating the ball, and its valve body is connected by external threads at both ends, which is suitable for piping systems that require frequent disassembly or space constraints. The core structure includes:

Valve body and ball: the ball is precision machined metal or plastic material, the valve body is mostly made of carbon steel, stainless steel or duplex steel casting to ensure pressure resistance and sealing;
Valve seat and seal: soft seal (such as PTFE) or hard seal (metal surfacing) design, to adapt to different temperatures and media characteristics;
Stem: low-torque design, some models with anti-blowout structure to improve safety;
Connection: external thread standards including NPT, G thread, BSP, etc., and the pipeline directly screwed, without the need for flanges or other accessories.
