Three-way pneumatic ball valve is an automated valve that drives the valve core to rotate by a pneumatic actuator to achieve medium diversion, confluence or flow direction switching. It is mainly divided into two types: L-type and T-type, suitable for gas, liquid, steam and corrosive medium control scenarios.
L-type: The flow direction is switched by rotating the valve core 90° to connect the two vertical channels (such as A→B or A→C), which is suitable for medium flow direction switching requirements; T-type: The three channels can be connected to each other or closed independently, supporting medium confluence (A+B→C) or diversion (A→B+C), and flexible control of complex pipeline systems.

Structural optimization: Valve body and seal: Full-bore flow channel design (DN15~DN1000), optional PTFE (-30~180℃) or PPL (-30~250℃) for seat seal, leakage level up to ANSI Class VI; Pneumatic actuator: Supports double-acting (5~7bar gas source) or single-acting (automatic reset when pressure is lost), integrated with ISO 5211 platform adapter positioner, limit switch and other accessories. Innovative design: Quick installation structure: Through the combination of conical convex ring and Haff clamp ring, the flange/clamp connection can be quickly clamped and disassembled (such as DN50~DN600 scenario); Protection module: Some models have built-in magnetic plugging plate and spring reset mechanism to prevent impurities from accumulating in the flange interface when it is not in use.
