Selection and maintenance points
Selection principle:
Medium characteristics: Corrosive media should preferably choose 316L stainless steel valve body + hard seal combination.
Working parameters: Ultra-high temperature (≥500℃) scenes require chromium-molybdenum steel valve body + tungsten carbide seal structure.
Maintenance requirements:
Regular inspection: Sealing surface wear, valve stem lubrication status (once every 6 months).
Replacement cycle: Graphite seals are recommended to be replaced every 2 years, and metal seals can be extended to 5 years.
