F316 Cryogenic LNG Ball Valve Description
F316 LNG Cryogenic Ball Valve is a universal shut-off and regulating device specifically designed for liquefied natural gas (LNG, boiling point: -162°C, prone to vaporization with trace sulfur content). It is widely used in LNG terminals, refueling stations, vaporization systems, transport vessels, and storage tank pipelines.
Equipped with imported deep-cryogenic-resistant materials (316L stainless steel), hard-sealed spherical structure, anti-vaporization design, and diverse actuation methods, the valve ensures zero-leakage shut-off of LNG across -162°C to ambient temperature conditions. Key features include:

LNG Refueling Stations
Installed in the main supply gas pipeline of refueling machines (DN50-DN100), the full-bore design meets high-flow refueling requirements (≤200m³/h). With pneumatic actuation and leak detectors, it cuts off LNG within 1 second in case of hose rupture, preventing medium splashing and cryogenic burns.
LNG Terminals
Used in the transfer pipeline from storage tank outlets to vaporizers (DN100-DN200), electric actuation enables remote control. The sulfur-resistant material withstands trace sulfur corrosion in LNG, while the cryogenic insulation jacket reduces vaporization loss, ensuring vaporization efficiency.
Marine LNG Systems
Applied in LNG transport ship cargo tanks and main engine fuel pipelines (DN25-DN80), the vibration-resistant design adapts to shipboard operating conditions. The dual-seal structure ensures zero LNG leakage during navigation, guaranteeing safe ship power supply.
Vaporization Systems
Set in the inlet/outlet pipelines of LNG vaporizers (DN40-DN150), manual/electric actuation enables vaporizer startup/shutdown switching. The low-flow-resistance characteristic reduces transportation energy consumption, and the blowout port design prevents LNG retention and freezing during vaporizer shutdown.
