Electric V-type ball valve Description
The electric V-type ball valve is an industrial control valve composed of a ball valve and an electric actuator, widely used in fluid pipeline control systems in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, and papermaking.
Its core is a ball with a V-shaped channel, which is driven by the electric actuator to rotate 90° to achieve media on/off and linear regulation. It has a high turntable ratio of 100:1 to 300:1 and equal percentage flow characteristics. Structurally, it is divided into floating, fixed, and resilient types. The floating type is suitable for medium and low pressure sealing, the fixed type is suitable for high pressure and large diameter, and the resilient type is designed for high temperature and high pressure.
The valve body is made of stainless steel, carbon steel, etc., with a nominal diameter of DN25-400mm and an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 250℃, conforming to industrial standards such as GB/T12237 and ASME B16.34. The V-shaped notch can shear media containing fibers or particles. Sealing methods include metal hard seals and PTFE soft seals. It supports flange and wafer connections and integrates automatic control and remote operation functions.
