Cast steel ball valve is a valve with a cast steel valve body as the main structure. Its opening and closing parts are rotating balls, which are driven by the valve stem to achieve medium on-off, flow regulation or flow direction switching. The core features include:
High strength and pressure resistance: The valve body is made of cast steel materials such as WCB, 304/316L, with a pressure range of 1.6~42.0MPa, suitable for Class150-Class900 high-pressure pipelines;
Medium adaptability: The hard sealing structure (such as Stellite alloy cladding) can withstand crude oil, slurry and other media containing fibers and solid particles;
Seal reliability: The leakage level reaches Level VI (leakage <100ppm), and the full-diameter design flow resistance is close to zero.
