Compared with the floating ball valve, when it is working, the force generated by the fluid pressure before the valve on the ball is fully transmitted to the bearing, and the ball will not move toward the valve seat, so the valve seat will not be subjected to excessive pressure. Therefore, the trunnion mounted ball valve has small torque, small seat deformation, stable sealing performance, and long service life, which is suitable for high-pressure and large-caliber occasions. The advanced spring pre-seat assembly has self-tightening characteristics to achieve upstream sealing. Each valve has two valve seats, which can be sealed in each direction, so there is no flow restriction during installation, and it is bidirectional. This valve is generally installed horizontally.
