Industrial Gate Valves

Industrial gate valves are cut-off valves with gates as opening and closing parts. They can realize full opening or full closing control of pipeline media by vertical lifting of gates, and cannot be used for flow regulation. Its core function is to reliably cut off fluids, and it is suitable for industrial scenarios with high pressure, high temperature, corrosive or particulate media.

‌Gate: divided into wedge type (single/double gate, elastic gate) and parallel type, and sealed by mechanical external force compression; ‌Valve stem‌: connects the drive device and the gate, with clear stem (visible lifting) and dark stem (concealed rotary lifting) structures, and the material is mostly stainless steel or chrome-molybdenum steel; ‌Sealing surface‌: adopts metal hard seal (such as surfacing carbide) or elastic material (non-metallic lining) combination design to improve sealing reliability. ‌Drive mode‌

‌Manual drive‌: handwheel or gearbox operation, suitable for non-powered environment or emergency conditions; ‌Automation drive‌: electric, pneumatic or hydraulic actuator, suitable for industrial automation system

Oil/gas pipelines (materials resistant to hydrogen sulfide corrosion);
