gas gate valve Description
Gas gate valve is designed for gas, liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas and other media design of the cut-off device, through the gate vertical movement to achieve pipeline on and off control, the core objective is to solve the impurities in the gas medium (such as tar, particulate matter) caused by the shut-off of the problem of not tightly, open, etc., to achieve zero leakage.

Main components:
Valve body and gate plate:
The material mostly adopts grey cast iron, ductile iron or stainless steel, and the pressure-resistant grade can reach high-pressure class B (PN40/Class 2500);
Parallel double gate design: to scrape off impurities on the sealing surface (e.g. 'gas glue') to avoid jamming;
Knife gate: shearing function for gas media containing fibres or solid particles.
Stem protection sleeve: to prevent corrosive substances in the gas from eroding the stem.
Driving method:
Manual operation: for small diameter or low pressure scenarios;
Electric actuator: integrated remote control function, suitable for industrial automation system.
Sealing design:
Oil Sealed Plug Valve: Enhance air tightness by filling the sealing surface gap with grease;
Resilient seat: adaptive sealing surface deviation, leakage rate meets Class VI standard.
