Seal configuration: Metal-non-metal composite seal: such as polytetrafluoroethylene gasket and nitrile rubber O-ring combination, which has both corrosion resistance and elastic sealing ability.
Self-tightening seal: When closed, the gate is pressed against the valve seat by the medium pressure to reduce external force dependence.

Installation and Maintenance Specifications ‌

Installation Requirements‌ ‌Flow Direction and Posture‌: Horizontal installation ensures vertical movement of the gate, and the arrow of the valve body is consistent with the flow direction of the medium; underground installation requires a valve well to be reserved and anti-corrosion treatment to be done. ‌ ‌ Bolt pre-tightening ‌: Flange connections need to be tightened evenly diagonally to prevent leakage caused by uneven force on the sealing surface ‌.
Maintenance strategy ‌

Clean the valve cavity sediment regularly and check the wear of the sealing surface (replace if it exceeds 1mm) ‌.
The valve stem lubrication cycle is ≤ 6 months, and high temperature resistant grease should be used in high temperature environments ‌
