A105n gate valve Description
A105N gate valve is an industrial valve with ASTM A105N forged steel as the valve body material. It is designed for high temperature and high pressure conditions. It can realize full open/close control of pipeline media through vertical lifting of the gate. Its core features are as follows:
Structure and components
Main structure
Valve body and bonnet: Made of ASTM A105N forged steel, with a pressure rating of up to PN6.4MPa and a temperature range of -29℃~425℃; Gate: Adopts a fully guided wedge structure (solid tungsten-chromium-cobalt alloy 6 material) to reduce sealing surface wear and increase service life; Valve stem and transmission: Trapezoidal thread with nitrided valve stem, suitable for manual or pneumatic actuators, low operating torque; Sealing system: Valve seat and gate hard seal design, stuffing box uses 4000psi high-pressure pre-compressed graphite ring, leakage level reaches API 598 standard.
