Angle check valve (also known as angle check valve) is an automatic valve that realizes one-way flow of media through the seal between the valve disc and the valve seat. Its inlet and outlet are in a 90° right-angle structure, which is specially used to prevent the backflow of media in liquid pipelines. Core functions include:
One-way cutoff: The valve disc opens during forward flow and automatically closes during reverse flow to block backflow;
Equipment protection: Prevent equipment damage caused by pump reversal, pipeline water hammer effect and media backflow;
Corrosion resistance: Suitable for corrosive media such as sewage, acid and alkali solutions.

Valve body
Material is mainly ductile iron and stainless steel, suitable for pressure range Class 150~300;
Right-angle flow channel design reduces fluid resistance and pressure loss.
Valve disc
Using rubber-coated metal, stainless steel or wear-resistant alloy material, it has both sealing and impact resistance;
Some models integrate spring-assisted closing to enhance closing response speed.

H83H type: Clamp-connected angle check valve, suitable for low-pressure pipeline systems (such as DN15-DN100); H43 type: Flange-connected angle check valve, suitable for medium and high pressure scenarios (such as DN50-DN300).

Standard range: DN15 to DN300 (inner diameter 20mm to 300mm); Typical model examples: DN15 (inner diameter 20mm; DN50 (inner diameter 63mm); DN100 (inner diameter 115mm). Nominal pressure (PN/Class)

Limitations
Flow restriction: Only suitable for small-diameter pipes, swing check valves are required for large flow scenarios; Adjustment restriction: Cannot be used for throttling or flow adjustment, only supports full open/full close.
