Wafer High Performance Butterfly Valves
Description
Wafer high-performance butterfly valves are designed for high temperature, high pressure and corrosive media through double/triple eccentric structure and composite sealing technology to achieve high sealing, low wear and long service life, which are widely used in industrial pipeline control field.
Advantages
High sealing performance:
Bidirectional sealing: self-locking seal even under reverse pressure, suitable for frequent opening and closing or scenarios where the medium flow direction changes.
Resistant to particle scouring: Hard seal structure performs stably in dusty gases (e.g. high temperature flue gases) and reduces sealing face wear.
Low torque and long life:
Double eccentric design makes the butterfly plate separate from the valve seat at the moment of opening, which reduces the opening and closing torque by 30% and extends the service life to over 100,000 times.
Anti-corrosion coating (e.g. epoxy resin) or alloy lining is applied on the surface to enhance corrosion resistance.

Applications
Chemical industry and metallurgy:
Sulphuric acid industry: gas pipeline control such as pre-furnace blower and converter regulation, suitable for sulphur-containing media.
High-temperature flue gas treatment: temperature resistance ≤ 600°C, suitable for blast furnace gas pipeline in iron and steel plants.
Energy and municipal:
Oil and gas: high-pressure oil and gas transmission, acidic media shunt.
Fire-fighting and HVAC: low and medium pressure water supply and drainage system, soft sealing type suitable for hot and cold water regulation (-20°C ~ +150°C).
Special working conditions:
High vacuum system (vacuum degree ≤1.0×10-⁶ Pa) requires special seal design.
