vacuum butterfly valve Description
Vacuum butterfly valve is specially designed for vacuum systems and adopts a centerline butterfly plate structure (formed by welding short steel plates). It has the characteristics of low flow resistance, light weight and flexible installation. Its core innovations include:
Integrated stem-disk assembly: eliminates traditional bolt or pin connection, avoids the risk of leakage caused by corrosion, and significantly improves the reliability of vacuum sealing;
Multi-layer sealing technology: The valve seat is made of nitrile rubber (temperature resistance -25~80℃) or fluororubber (temperature resistance -30~150℃), with a leakage rate of ≤1.3×10^-6 Pa·L/s;
The patented packing assembly enhances the sealing of the valve body connection and maintains stable performance under vacuum pressure.
Drive mode and type
Operation type:
Manual type: Applicable to DN32-DN300, operating torque ≤10N·m, supports multi-station installation;
Pneumatic type: Compressed air drive (0.4~0.7MPa), opening and closing time ≤3 seconds, supports single/double-acting mode and emergency cut-off;
Electric type: Integrated PLC control, suitable for DN50-DN5000 ultra-large-caliber vacuum pipelines, with a pressure resistance of 1.0MPa.
Special structure:
Self-locking function: The valve plate automatically locks in the opening and closing position, can withstand 0.3MPa gas pressure, and prevents vibration displacement;
Two-way sealing design: The valve stem shaft seal adopts a compensation structure to isolate the intrusion of the outside atmosphere and ensure that the vacuum degree is ≤1.3×10^-5 Pa.
