Pneumatic Triple Offset Butterfly Valves Description
Pneumatic Triple Offset Butterfly Valve (also known as Pneumatic Triple Eccentric Butterfly Valve) is a high-performance valve combining pneumatic actuator and three-dimensional eccentric sealing structure, specially designed for high temperature, high pressure and severe working conditions, with precise adjustment and zero-leakage sealing function.
Advantages
Sealing performance:
Leakage rate of ≤ 10 ppm (in line with API 598 standards), the use of carbide cladding sealing surface (such as Stellite) or soft and hard composite layer (stainless steel + graphite), wear-resistant, anti-washout.
Bidirectional sealing: sealing surface cone angle is less than the friction angle, reverse media pressure can still be self-locking seal.
Temperature and pressure resistant:
Applicable temperature range -40°C ~ +600°C (hard seal type), pressure rating up to Class 600 (PN100).
Efficient control:
Zero friction during opening and closing, supports fast response (full open/closed in seconds), suitable for frequent operation scenarios.
