  • High performance butterfly valve features:

1. High-performance adjustable cut-off type. It can be used as both a regulating valve and a shut-off valve.
2. Bidirectional sealing type, which is different from general one-way sealing. It can still seal reliably even if the medium flows back or "air hammer" occurs.
3. The valve body adopts integral casting technology, with compact structure, small size and light weight;
4. Adopting a double eccentricity (Aariable Eccentricity) structure, when closed, the valve plate expands outward to achieve a peripheral sealing state; when opened, the valve plate quickly separates from the sealing ring, effectively preventing sealing ring wear; in this way, the operating torque is reduced, The working life of the valve is also increased.
5. The sealing ring is novel in design and adopts internationally advanced technology: the PTFE seal adopts a "lip and tooth" shaped self-sealing structure; the hard seal adopts a "U" shaped elastic seal. The sealed structure has a long service life and is reliable. As for when to use soft seals and when to use hard seals, it mainly depends on the user's requirements, operating conditions and corrosion resistance requirements.
6. The valve has large flow capacity and small flow resistance, second only to the non-reduced O-shaped ball valve of the same caliber.
7. The valve has a large flow diameter and the flow channel diameter is larger than the flow channel diameter specified in GB12238. The flow channel has basically no shrinkage cavity, which facilitates pipeline cleaning and self-cleaning. It is more effective for turbid, low-viscosity fluids with suspended particles and fiber media.
8. The connection method with the pipeline adopts flangeless clamping type. Structural length: The soft seal adopts GB12221 medium series (ISO5752 medium series code: 20) and the hard seal adopts GB12221 long series (ISO5752 medium series code: 16). Therefore, this type of valve is highly versatile and interchangeable, and is in line with international standards.
9. Four major categories of standard actuators: pneumatic piston type (ZS), pneumatic membrane type (ZM), electromechanical switch type (ZA), and electric electronic adjustment type (ZD) are interchangeable.
