‌Valve body material‌: Usually cast steel, stainless steel or galvanized steel is used to ensure that it does not deform or melt at high temperatures (≥300℃); ‌Butterfly plate design‌: Double eccentric or triple eccentric structure to reduce opening and closing friction, avoid high-temperature jamming, and carbide cladding sealing surface improves wear resistance.
‌Fireproof sealing system‌
‌Main seal‌: Metal hard seal (such as stainless steel + graphite composite layer) or elastic seal (applicable in the early stage of fire); ‌Auxiliary protection‌: Fireproof fillers such as ceramic fiber are filled at the valve stem to prevent high temperature from damaging the transmission function of the actuator.
‌Signal feedback module‌

Integrated position sensor or mechanical contact, real-time monitoring of valve opening and closing status, linkage fire alarm system (such as signal butterfly valve);
Support remote control of electric/pneumatic actuators to achieve automatic response to fire.
