3 Piece Butterfly Valve

Three-piece butterfly valve adopts a three-section split valve body structure (valve body, valve plate, and seal are assembled separately), which is suitable for scenes with high cleanliness and high sealing requirements, especially common in sanitary industrial fields such as food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics.

Core structure and characteristics

Design features:

Split structure: The valve body is connected by bolts with three independent components, which is easy to disassemble, clean and maintain.

Sealing form: The elastic valve seat (EPDM or silicone) fits tightly with the valve plate to achieve two-way sealing, and the leakage level is ≤10 ppm.

Drive mode: Supports manual, pneumatic (with CP series actuator) or electric operation to meet the needs of fast opening and closing.

Material and process:

Valve body material: mainly 304/316L stainless steel, with mirror polished surface (Ra≤0.8 μm), in line with FDA/SMS hygiene standards.

Connection form: quick-release clamp (ISO standard), flange or threaded connection, to meet different pipeline installation requirements.
