V port Pneumatic Ball Valve Description
V-type pneumatic ball valve is an industrial control valve that combines a quarter-turn ball valve with a pneumatic actuator. Its core feature is that the valve core is designed with a V-shaped notch, which adjusts the medium flow through the rotation of the ball, and has both cut-off and precision control functions. The main structure includes:
Valve body: integral casting (flange/wafer type), the material can be cast steel, stainless steel, etc., and the pressure resistance level reaches PN16~PN64.
V-type valve core: V-shaped cutouts are partially opened on the spherical surface, and shear force is formed with the valve seat when rotating, which can cut off fibers and granular impurities.
Pneumatic actuator: piston cylinder drive, response time 0.5~7 seconds, adapter positioner to achieve proportional regulation or switch control.
Seal assembly: hard seal (Stellite alloy cladding) or soft seal (PTFE reinforced material), leakage level IV~VI.
