teflon lined ball valve Description
Teflon lined ball valve is a corrosion-resistant valve with PTFE or PFA material lining the inner wall, ball and key contact parts of the valve body. The ball can be rotated 90° to achieve full open/closed control of the medium. It is specially used for highly corrosive fluids such as strong acids, strong alkalis, and organic solvents.
Core structure
Valve body and connection end: The base material is cast iron, carbon steel or stainless steel, flange or threaded connection (such as DN15~DN300), and the surface is lined with PTFE layer (thickness 2~3mm) through molding/injection molding process; Ball and sealing assembly: The ball is made of stainless steel (the surface is coated with PTFE or PFA), and the sealing ring uses V-type PTFE packing or metal hard seal combination; Actuator: Supports manual operation (long handle) or adapts to pneumatic/electric actuators.

PTFE lining layer can withstand 98% concentrated sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, organic solvents and other strong corrosive media, and its chemical stability far exceeds that of conventional metal valves;
The full lining design covers all contact surfaces to prevent medium penetration and substrate corrosion.
Wide temperature range and sealing performance
Applicable temperature range -50℃~150℃ (PTFE lining) or -50℃~200℃ (PFA lining), meeting the needs of most chemical working conditions;
PTFE packing combination achieves zero leakage sealing (leakage level reaches VI level), and metal hard seal models can handle media containing trace particles.
Low flow resistance and long life
The full-bore structure reduces pressure loss and the flow loss is less than 5%;
The lining layer has excellent anti-aging performance and a service life of up to 5~10 years (depending on the corrosiveness of the medium).
