High-Pressure 2-Way Ball Valves

High-pressure two-way ball valve is a valve that realizes bidirectional on-off control of the medium by rotating the ball 90°. It is designed for high-pressure working conditions and has both high sealing and pressure resistance. It is suitable for high-pressure fluid systems such as petroleum, chemical industry, and energy. Its core functions include:

Cut off or connect the fluid: quickly control the on-off of the pipeline through the rotation of the ball to reduce pressure loss.

Structure and material
‌Core components:
‌Valve body: Made of SUS304/316L stainless steel forging or casting, the surface is mirror polished, and has both high pressure resistance and corrosion resistance.
‌Ball: Full-diameter design (reduces flow resistance), some models use carbide coating to enhance wear resistance.
‌Seal: Metal hard seals (such as stainless steel to tungsten carbide) or enhanced PTFE are commonly used under high-pressure conditions, and the pressure resistance level can reach PN40 and above.
‌Connection method‌:
‌Welding type‌: Suitable for high-pressure pipeline systems, reliable sealing and impact resistance‌.
‌Flange type‌: Fixed by high-strength bolts, suitable for industrial high-pressure pipeline standard interface‌.
