SS Flanged Ball Valve

Stainless steel flange ball valve is a ball valve device with stainless steel as the main body, which is connected to the pipeline system through flanges. It can realize the cutoff, diversion or flow direction control of the medium by rotating the ball. According to the channel structure, it can be divided into:

‌ Straight-through type ‌: full-diameter design, the fluid resistance is close to the straight pipe section, suitable for medium transportation scenarios requiring low flow resistance.
‌ Three-way type (T type/L type) ‌: used for medium diversion, confluence or flow direction switching, commonly used in complex process pipelines such as chemical industry and food.
2. Core structure ‌ Valve body and ball ‌:
‌ Valve body material ‌: mainly 304 and 316 stainless steel, 316L or titanium alloy steel is selected for some special working conditions, with strong corrosion resistance and applicable temperature range of -30℃~450℃.
‌ Flange connection ‌: in accordance with GB/T9113 or ASME B16.5 standards, the diameter covers DN15~250mm, and the pressure rating is 1.6~6.4MPa.
‌Ball design‌: Full-bore ball reduces pressure loss, V-shaped ball (optional) supports linear flow regulation.
‌Sealing components‌:
‌Soft seal‌: PTFE or food-grade rubber seal ring, achieve zero leakage, meet sanitary standards (such as SUS316 material valve body).
‌Hard seal‌: Overlay carbide valve seat, resistant to high temperature and high pressure, suitable for extreme media such as steam and molten salt.
‌Drive mode‌:
Supports manual, pneumatic or electric actuators, pneumatic models have a response speed of up to 0.05 seconds/time, equipped with solenoid valves and positioners for remote control.
