Single-piece ball valve refers to a non-separable ball valve whose valve body is made by integral forging or casting. The ball and sealing components are wrapped by a single-layer valve body. It has a compact structure and low maintenance cost, and is suitable for small and medium-caliber pipeline systems. The core features include:
Integrated valve body: No split structure, reducing leakage risk and improving pressure resistance (conventional pressure resistance 1.6-4.0MPa);
Floating ball design: The ball is close to the valve seat with the medium pressure to achieve two-way sealing (leakage ≤10% rated flow).

Selection and installation points
Selection suggestions: For highly corrosive environments (such as seawater), 316L material is preferred, and ceramic-coated valve seats are used to improve wear resistance; High-pressure scenarios require customized thickened valve bodies (such as DN50 with a pressure resistance of 10MPa). Installation specifications: Horizontal installation and reserve 90° operating space to avoid inversion and seal failure; After installation, a 1.5 times working pressure test is required (maintaining pressure for 10 minutes without leakage).
