Flange High Pressure Ball Valves

Flanged high-pressure ball valve is a valve product connected by flanges and is an industrial fluid control device used under high-pressure conditions. This product has been in use since the 1950s and is mainly used in pipeline systems in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, etc., and is responsible for cutting off, connecting and regulating fluids.
The valve consists of a valve body, a ball and a sealing component. The hard sealing structure can handle particle-containing media through the combination of a V-shaped ball core and a metal valve seat, and supports multi-pass models to achieve fluid diversion. It has a full-bore design that makes the fluid resistance close to zero and is suitable for complex media such as water, acids, and natural gas. The standard product has a nominal diameter of 32-50mm, a rated pressure of 400 bar, and is mainly installed in horizontal pipes. Its model name includes series code and specification parameters (such as BEH-32-SAE). It uses a rotary opening and closing mechanism to reduce the risk of sealing surface erosion, and the service life can be extended by replacing the active sealing ring during maintenance.
