Female thread ball valve is a rotary valve with a ball as the opening and closing part. It can realize the opening and closing of the pipeline medium by rotating 90°. The valve body is designed with an internal thread interface, which can be directly connected to the external thread of the pipeline. The core structure includes:
Valve body and ball: The valve body is mostly made of copper alloy, stainless steel (such as 304/316L) or carbon steel, and the ball is made of metal or ceramic to improve wear resistance;
Sealing component: The valve seat is commonly made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or para-polyphenylene material, which has both corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance (-29~300℃);
Operating mechanism: Manual or pneumatic drive, the valve stem is linked with the handwheel/pneumatic actuator, and supports fast opening and closing.

Classification by structure:
Two-piece/three-piece: The three-piece ball valve is easy to disassemble and maintain, suitable for high pressure or frequent maintenance industrial scenes;
Three-way: Supports medium diversion or flow direction switching, commonly used in laboratories and complex fluid control systems. Classification by function:
High-pressure type: Withstands pressure up to 4.0MPa, equipped with automatic pressure relief function, used in oil, gas, and chemical pipelines;
Sanitary type: The inner wall of the valve body is mirror-polished, in line with ISO/DIN standards, and suitable for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
