Carbon steel three-way ball valve is a three-way ball valve made of carbon steel (such as WCB material). It controls the flow direction of the media in three pipelines by rotating the ball with channels. Its core structure includes:

Valve body: carbon steel casting, integrated design to reduce leakage points;

Ball: divided into T-type (three-way intercommunication, diversion/merging) and L-type (right-angle two-way, distribution flow direction);

Sealing valve seat: mostly polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or metal hard seal, resistant to high temperature and high pressure;

Valve stem and drive mechanism: connected to handwheel, pneumatic or electric actuator to achieve 90° rotation opening and closing;

Connection method: flange connection (easy to disassemble) or butt welding connection (high pressure scene)

Sealing material: fluorine-lined valve seat for corrosive media, and metal hard seal for high-temperature conditions;
