Flange End Ball Valve is a ball valve that is connected to the pipeline system through a flange connection. Its core opening and closing part is a ball with a circular through hole, which can achieve full open/close control of the medium through a 90° rotation.
Core components‌
‌Valve body and flange: The flange end adopts a standard flange (such as ANSI, DIN) to ensure a firm connection with the pipeline and facilitate installation and disassembly; ‌Ball and valve seat‌: The ball is mostly made of stainless steel or alloy, and the valve seat adopts PTFE or metal hard seal, which is suitable for high pressure, high temperature and corrosive media; ‌Valve stem and actuator‌: It supports manual (handle) or automatic (pneumatic/electric) drive, and transmits torque to the ball to complete the opening and closing action.

Working principle‌
‌Opening and closing mechanism‌
The ball is rotated 90° by rotating the valve stem, so that the through hole of the ball is aligned with the pipeline (fully open) or vertical (fully closed), so as to achieve medium flow or cutoff.
Flange connection ensures the tightness between valve and pipeline to avoid leakage of medium.

‌Low flow resistance and high sealing ‌

Full-bore design makes the fluid resistance close to that of straight pipe, reducing pressure loss;
PTFE valve seat achieves zero leakage at room temperature, and metal hard seal has a temperature resistance of up to ‌450℃‌, suitable for harsh working conditions.
‌Easy operation and durability ‌

90° fast opening and closing, the operation time can be as short as ‌0.05 seconds‌, which is better than multi-turn rotary valves such as gate valves and stop valves;
The modular structure supports fast maintenance, and the service life can reach ‌tens of thousands of openings and closings‌.
‌Wide adaptability ‌

The flange end is compatible with a variety of international standards (such as GB, HG, JIS) and is suitable for different pipeline systems;
It can handle liquids, gases, steam and particle-containing media (such as sewage and pulp).
