2 Piece Carbon Steel Ball Valve

The two-piece carbon steel ball valve is an industrial valve with a split valve body structure. The main body is made of carbon steel (such as WCB, A105). The main and auxiliary valve bodies are connected by bolts or threads, and the ball rotates 90° to achieve medium on-off control.

The valve seat/ball can be replaced by disassembling the auxiliary valve body (compared with the one-piece type, no pipe removal is required);
‌Full-bore flow‌
The flow resistance coefficient is ≈ straight pipe, and the flow loss can be ignored;
‌High sealing reliability‌
The double valve body bolt preload enhances the sealing pressure ratio (better than the one-piece type);
‌Versatile adaptation‌
The top of the valve stem is ISO 5211 high platform, compatible with pneumatic/electric actuators.

Standard carbon steel valve body: -29℃~232℃ (WCB/A105);

High temperature hard seal type: ≤550℃ (metal seat);
Leakage standard: Sealing test complies with API 598 Class VI (zero leakage).
