A182 F51 Ball Valve Description
A182 F51 ball valve is a high-performance valve made of forged duplex stainless steel, designed for severe working conditions.
Structural components
Core forging components
Valve body/ball/stem: all use A182 F51 forgings to ensure high pressure strength;
Seal configuration : Optional soft seal (PTFE, ≤ 200 ℃) or metal hard seal (≤ 540 ℃).
Special seat design
Floating seat: spring pre-tensioned structure, automatic compression of the ball under media pressure to achieve bidirectional sealing;
Scraping function: metal hard seal valve seat can shear particles, anti-clogging (applicable to the media containing impurities).
Drive mode
manual (worm gear torque reduction design) or pneumatic/electric actuator.

Features
Extreme corrosion resistance
Resistance to chloride stress corrosion is more than 3 times that of 316L stainless steel, suitable for sulphur-containing and high chloride ion media (e.g. seawater, dilute sulphuric acid);
High strength pressure resistance
Yield strength ≥ 450MPa, support Class 150~2500 (PN16~PN420) high pressure rating;
Wide temperature range adaptation Metal hard seal models are suitable for -196℃~540℃ (LNG deep cooling to high temperature steam);
Zero leakage seal
Conforms to API 598 Class VI sealing standard, leakage rate ≤10 -⁶ mbar-L/s.
