Sleeve Type Soft Sealing Plug Valve Description
The sleeve-type soft-seal plug valve is a valve that achieves sealing through a sleeve-type ferrule structure. Its core feature is that it uses an elastic soft sealing material bushing (such as PTFE, F46, PVDF, etc.) combined with a metal valve body, which is suitable for bidirectional sealing requirements of corrosive, high-cleanliness or particle-containing media.
Sleeve design: The valve body and the plug are connected by a sleeve-type ferrule, and the sealing surface around the ferrule forms a 360° uniform force to reduce local stress concentration;
Soft sealing material: The bushing is made of corrosion-resistant polymer (such as PTFE) and can adapt to the medium temperature range of -29℃ to 180℃.

Dynamic seal optimization
Low friction opening and closing: The friction coefficient between the plug and the ferrule is small when the plug rotates, and the soft sealing material has self-lubricating properties, which is suitable for frequent operation scenarios;
Bidirectional sealing capability: The medium can flow in both directions, and the installation direction is not restricted, which is especially suitable for pipeline systems under complex working conditions.
