316 stainless steel gate valve is a 316 stainless steel as the main material of the cut-off class valves, through the vertical movement of the gate to achieve the pipeline medium fully open or fully closed control, suitable for corrosive environments and high-pressure working conditions. Its core components include:
Valve body and gate: 316 stainless steel (containing 2-3% molybdenum elements, to enhance corrosion resistance), some models of the gate for the wedge-type or parallel double gate structure;
Sealing system: hard seal (metal-to-metal) or soft seal (metal + PTFE/rubber) design, adapted to different media characteristics;
Driving mode: manual, pneumatic or electric actuator, DN ≥ 300 recommended electric drive.
