Large Gate Valves

Gate valves are used to shut off the delivery of liquids, rather than regulating flow like globe valves. When fully open, a typical gate valve does not have any obstructions in the flow path, so the flow resistance is very small. As the gate valve moves, the size of the open flow path usually changes in a non-linear manner. This means that the flow rate does not change uniformly as the valve stem moves. Depending on the construction, a partially open gate can vibrate due to fluid flow.

• Light weight

The body is made of high-grade ductile iron, the weight is reduced by about 20%~30% compared with the traditional gate valve, easy to install and maintain.

• Flat-bottomed gate seat

The traditional gate valve is often washed in the water pipe that is due to external objects such as stones, wood, cement, iron filings, debris, etc. silted up in the bottom groove of the valve, easy to close the tightly and the formation of water leakage phenomenon, resilient seated gate valve bottom with the same water pipe with the flat bottom design, is not easy to cause the silt of debris, so that the fluid flow is unobstructed.

• Overall rubber coating

The gate adopts high-quality rubber to cover the rubber inside and outside of the whole, and the European rubber vulcanization technology makes the vulcanized gate able to ensure the precise geometry, and the rubber and ductile casting gate continue to be firm, not easy to fall off and have good elastic memory.

• Precision casting valve body

The valve body adopts precision casting, the precise geometry makes the valve body internal without any finishing to ensure the sealing of the valve.
